Feed your child’s curiosity by signing them up for Little Chefs Lab at the Windsor Club (1601 Beacon St., Waban) this fall! Student’s ages 7-10 will explore scientific concepts, learn cooking techniques and have fun turning science into delicious treats! There are two separate series with open spots available, detailed below:
- It’s Just A Phase! (Starts every Tuesday, October 16th – November13th, 1:00-3:00 pm)
In this early fall series children will gain a solid understanding of phase conversion: solid, liquid and gas, while making magic happen in the kitchen. Dry ice fog would be a highlight of Week 3 to welcome Halloween!
- Dishing Out Density (Starts every Tuesday, November 20th – December 18th, 1:00-3:00 pm)
This late fall series will focus on big concepts like why ships float using treats like jelly beans and marshmallows. Learn how to make light and fluffy chocolate truffles in week 5!
