We are currently soliciting Community Events from our wonderful Zervas parents and guardians, and we hope YOU consider hosting an event!
Below are some Community Event ideas that we are seeking hosts for.
- Parent’s Nights
- Mom’s Nights
- Dad’s Nights
A few ideas for any of these events may include: themed dinner or cocktails, wine and cheese, beer brewing, bbq, craft/paint/plant night, fondue night, poker night, game night, and so much more.
- Family Events
We are looking for events that include both parents and kids. For example: outdoor (or indoor) movie night, coordinate a playdate or field day at a local park or playground, cookie decorating, Color-Day themed event, game day, ice cream sundae party or hosting a bowling/game afternoon at the Windsor Club.
- Vacation Home Donations
We are looking for generous families to donate vacation homes for a weekend to auction off to our Zervas Community. Families would bid to stay at the vacation home on a pre-specified date set by the owners of the vacation home (for example, any weekend in the off-season when the home is typically not used).
You can specify the theme, number of people you can accommodate in your home, and the date you want the event to take place. You can co-host with another family – this is usually very popular and helps alleviate the cost to you.
Finally, this year we are trying something new by scheduling Community Event dates not only in the weeks following the auction until the end of the 2019 school year, but also for early fall when everyone is back from the summer break and looking forward to connecting with folks at the start of the new school year.
