Zervas Spring Auction March 5th at the Windsor Club – Important Information and Forms!
The auction is fast approaching but more importantly so is February Vacation. Lots of work preparing for the auction happens during the break but only if we hear from you! Are you attending the Auction? If so and you have not purchased your tickets please do so before vacation. Knowing how many people are coming helps us to plan and saves you money as ticket are $5 more at the door. Congratulations to Early Bird raffle winners Alicia Collins and Jane Spitz! There is still time to get your name in for the grand prize drawing so get your orders in by next Thursday. Ticker order forms are in the office and attached to this e-mail.
We have great items to bid on but could use more parent items. Have you been thinking about it but just haven’t had time to complete the form? You can e-mail Kathleen Murray at KMM828@verizon.net or Elaine Sheehy at elainebg@aol.com to donate. We don’t need your item until March 5th but we do need to know about it now so we can list it in the brochure. If you prefer to complete the donation form it is attached and more order forms are in the office.
Parents are busy working on class baskets – if you want to help or add an item to the baskets please contact your room parents. They will be happy to hear from you.
Teacher/Staff raffle tickets and forms came home this week. Thank you staff for your generous donations of time and items. We appreciate your support. If you want more raffle tickets please see Anne Hadley or e-mail Alicia Collins at aliciamaureencollins@gmail.com. They will also be available for purchase at the auction.
And finally – parents of 5th graders – if your child wants to donate as part of the Fabulous Fifth Graders and they want to be listed in the brochure we need them to return the forms before vacation. The form is attached or e-mail Lisa Strope at lisastrope@aol.com with the donation or questions.
It is going to be a fun night! The food will be provided by Catering by Miss Jeanies – always a favorite.
