Then join us for a city-wide panel presentation on Wednesday, March 30th, at Franklin Elementary School, 125 Derby St. in West Newton from 7 to 8:30 p.m. NO REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.
A panel of district staff and experts including Paul Stein, Deputy Superintendent, Amy Kelly, Franklin School Principal, and Gwen Smith, K-8 Wellness Curriculum Coordinator will address the following topics and answer your questions: Massachusetts’ New Anti-Bullying Law, Newton’s Bullying Prevention and Intervention Policy, the Dynamics of Bullying, What are Elementary Schools Doing, Anti-Bullying Curricula and Programs and What Can Parents Do. (The Franklin School parking lot is behind the school and can be entered on Cherry St.)
