Auction brochures were sent home this week and we hope you have had a chance to look at all the wonderful items being offered by families, staff, 5th graders and businesses. There is something for everyone! Miss Jeanies Catering has prepared a delicious menu and she will begin to serve when the doors open at 6:00 pm. Come early to enjoy the food and drink and to start bidding!

If you want to purchase the raffle tickets for teacher/staff items please turn in your tickets to the auction box in the office by 3:00 pm on Friday. You can buy additional tickets at the auction.

Haven’t purchased your ticket? Do it by Friday and save money! Tickets can be purchased through Friday for $35 dollars or at the door for $40.

If you can not attend but want to bids on an item you can submit a proxy bid. The proxy form is in the back of the auction brouchure. It must be turned in by Friday at 3:00 pm.

Thank you to everyone who has donated an item to a class basket or to bid on, purchased a ticket or raffle ticket, or helped work on putting the auction together. It is going to be a great event! See you Saturday!
