CAP (Child Assault Prevention Program) is celebrating 20 years of teaching Newton children to stay Safe, Strong and Free. Since 1991, CAP’s volunteers have been dedicated to building a community where children are empowered by knowledge and strengthened by skills, together with the support and protection of caring adults.
CAP will host a 20th Anniversary celebration on Thursday, May 5, 2011 at 4:00-5:30 at the Newton Free Library. Please join CAP and keynote speaker Martha Coakley, Massachusetts Attorney General in honoring the volunteers, teachers, principals and others who have supported CAP through the years.
