Welcome back Zervas Families! I am looking forward to a healthy, safe, exciting school year for each of your children. Please see below for some important information regarding our upcoming flu clinic and a quick message regarding lice.

If you have not already done so, please be sure to note any new information on the yellow Confidential Health Information form that was sent home and return it to school at your earliest convenience. Also, if your child requires any emergency medications at school such as an inhaler or epi-pen, please be sure to bring that to me as soon as possible along with the Medication Permission Form completed by both your child’s pediatrician and a parent/guardian. This form, as well as other health related forms, can be found on the newton.k12.ma.us website; click on Families at the top, then on School Health Services on the left. The Medication Permission Form is the first one listed.  This form is also required for all other medications that your child may need to take during the course of the school day.
