We still need many more volunteers to make the Fair a success.  We are especially in need of volunteers from 1-2, but also have open spaces from 12-1.  Please sign up for one short hour so that we can run all the games and make this a fun and memorable day for the kids.  Zervas alums in middle and high school are welcome to volunteer.  Thanks for your help!

We want to put on a fantastic, fun Spring Fair for the kids of Zervas, but we need your help to do it! The Fair needs lots of parent and alumni volunteers to make it work. And that’s one of the things that makes the Fair so special–having the whole Zervas community coming together to create a fun event.

We’re again using VolunteerSpot (an online sign up and reminder tool) to schedule volunteers for the Fair. Time is getting short, so please sign up today – here’s how it works in 4 easy steps:

1) Click this link to go to our invitation page on VolunteerSpot:

2) Enter your email address. VolunteerSpot will then send you a PERSONAL signup invitation coded to your email address. (No registration required!) Please note: VolunteerSpot does not share your email address with anyone or send spam emails.

3) Go to your email inbox and open the invitation from VolunteerSpot – click “Sign Up Now” to choose your spots.

4) Don’t forget to click the “Your Info” icon on the lefthand side of the VolunteerSpot website to enter your name (especially if it’s not obvious from your email) after you choose your spots.

The great games, food and prizes aren’t the only reason kids love the Zervas Spring Fair. They also secretly love this fair because they get to see their moms, dads, teachers, brothers, sisters and other Zervas grads* helping out. Whether you’re running a game, serving food, or giving out prizes, volunteering at the Fair is a great way to participate in the life of the Zervas School!
