Dear Zervas Community,

We are looking forward to seeing many of you at our first Respect for Human Differences event next Monday night. Please email Amy Behrens at amycbehrens@gmail.com if you plan to come and bring your children for the childcare available in the gym. We are currently recruiting our childcare providers and need to know how many people we need. Art activities, stories, and games will be available for children with a lead teacher and helpful middle and high school students as the facilitators. We hope to see you there!

Talking With Your Child About Family Diversity at Zervas: A Parent Panel
Monday, November 19th, 7:00 – 9:00 pm

Come and hear from a group of Zervas parents, who will share their experiences of family structural or cultural diversity, and how it has impacted them in the Zervas School Community. Learn how you can talk with your children and help them to create a respectful school community that embraces the diverse types of families within it. Zervas parents will share experiences and thoughts about living in the various family structures and diverse religious and ethnic cultures that are part of our Zervas community.
