The City of Newton is spending this coming February highlighting Heart Health in recognition of National Heart Month. Look for new programs, interactive opportunities, and most of all, tips on how you can lead a healthier life.

As part of this initiative Newton Safe Routes to School Task Force will be having it’s Winter Walk to School Day – “Show the Love for Walking Day” on Thursday, February 14th, Valentines Day. Get to school a heart healthy way by walking, or biking to school. Share the Day and Love with Your Family and Walk to Zervas with Your Family, Friends and Neighbors. Thank you!
