Picture Day is coming up on Friday, September 18th. Please look for the order form from Coffee Pond which will be coming home in your child’s folder soon. The easiest way to order pictures is online at www.coffeepond.com.  If you order pictures online, please either print out the order confirmation from the website or fill out the order form with your child’s name and homeroom teacher and check the box indicating that you ordered online. You may also order pictures by filling out the order form.

Please return all forms to your child’s homeroom teacher by the morning of September 18th.  Each child will be photographed although you may choose not to purchase the pictures. There will be a retake day later in the fall for students who are absent on Picture Day. We will be needing 8 parents to volunteer on the actual day to help smooth the process you can sign up at PARENT VOLUNTEER SIGN-UP .
