The Zervas Flu Clinic will be held in the cafeteria on Thursday, October
19. Return the flu form to Zervas School Nurse Deana Salameh by
Tuesday, October 17. Visit the city website (LINK TO:
http://www.newtonma.gov/gov/health/public/h1n1.asp) to print the flu form,
find a calendar of all Newton Public Schools Flu Clinics (in case you miss
the Zervas one) and a sheet with advice on preparing your child for the Flu
shot if they were used to FluMist, which is not offered this year.
