Coffee Pond Photography will be back at Zervas, on Friday, November 8th for photo retakes. 

We could use a little help at the school day-of. If you are available to volunteer, please email Serena Toh at ens1973@yahoo.com.

• If you’re not satisfied with your child’s portrait and would like to try again, you have the opportunity for a retake. Please return the entire, undamaged portrait package to the photographer on retake day. Please keep the class photos. Write any suggestions for the photographer on a piece of paper so that it shows through the envelope window.
• If your child was absent during the photo day and you haven’t ordered photos yet, please do so via Coffee Pond website. Select Newton, MA > Zervas School.
• If you have questions about your order, refunds etc, please contact Coffee Pond directly. 

Logistics at Zervas:
-There is no signup for retakes, kids just need to bring their individual portraits and give it to their respective teachers. 
-They can still get a retake if they forget to bring their portraits on retake day. The child or parent just need to let the their teacher know. And parents will just need to mail original package back to Coffee Pond.
-Parents do not have to show up with the kids, the teachers will know to send the kids who wants a retake to the photographer.
